The Ecuadorian Banana is produced in the coastal zone and in the warm valleys of the mountains. The banana zone is made up of the provinces of El Oro, Guayas, Los Ríos, Esmeraldas, Cañar and Loja, which have specialized in the production and export of bananas, thanks to the benefits of the climate and the incomparable properties of their soils that allow achieve high levels of productivity.
